OUR CLINICIANS 
Aaron Sizelove, D.O.

Aaron Sizelove has been at Harper County Community hospital since June 2016. He completed his family medicine residency in Enid in 2012. Aaron worked at Enid Integris prior to coming Harper County. He graduated from OSU medical school in 2009. He was born in Wichita and grew up in Laverne, OK.  He has a wife, Dalaina, and son, Kiefer. He enjoys huntying, cherry snowcones, and the occasional cruise with his family.

Alysia Smith, P.A.-C

Alysia Smith started working at Harper County Community Hospital in November of 2020. Alysia obtained her undergraduate qualifications from the University of Colorado where she achieved a BS in Biology, with emphasis in Human Biology, and a BA in Women's and Ethnic Studies, with a minor in General Communication. She obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant from Wichita State University in August 2020. Alysia is a dedicated professional, who enjoys being part of a team. She prides herself on her interpersonal skills, and is focused on providing exceptional patient care. 

Timothy Legg, P.A.

Tim Legg started at Harper County Community Hospital in February of 2020. He retired from the U.S. Air Force and obtained his associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Montgomery, AL. He then obtained his bachelor’s degree from NWOSU in 2017 and earned a Master of Health Science Physician Assistant the University of Oklahoma in 2019. Tim grew up in small town Mutual, OK. He enjoys a variety of sports. He and his wife Vicky have three grown children, enjoy traveling, and love attending Sooner football games.

Harper County Community Hospital was established in 1963 as a result of the combined efforts of Dr. Frank Hudson and a group of highly committed investors.

Harper County Community Hospital is a critical access, county hospital. Our mission is to provide all of Harper County and the surrounding area with the highest quality health care at the lowest possible competitive cost.
