Laverne Family Health Clinic was established in November 1994 by the Harper County Community Hospital to better serve the health care needs of the population of Northwest Oklahoma.

From the clinic’s inception through to the present day, its goal has been to provide people in Harper County and outlying areas with primary care and family practice medicine of the highest possible standard.
